With a focus on proper mechanics, Good Form Running aims to help runners of all ages and abilities achieve their goals. We’ll go over the 4 points of Good Form Running and do some drills and video to help build awareness. Clinics will last about 90 minutes. Limited to 15 spots, so RSVP is required.
