Join a fun training group for the upcoming Dirty Half Marathon on June 10, 2018. If you’d like to run your first trail half marathon, take part in a consistent fitness program, set a PR, or just want to train with a great group of people, this training group is for you! Over 10 weeks, learn about trail running technique, running form, injury prevention, nutrition and more in a fun, positive, and supportive environment.
We recommend that interested runners be comfortable running at least 5 miles once a week, and at least 3 miles another 2-3 days per week.
Two group workouts are provided. The Saturday 8am session includes a short informational clinic, followed by that week’s long run. The Wednesday session meets at 6pm and is generally a 3-5 mile run.
All sessions meet at FootZone unless otherwise notified.
Participants receive a tech tee, training plan, individualized attention in a group setting, 10% discount at FootZone while session is active, lots of FootZone fun, and more!
Training group registration is $100 on or before 3/10/18, $110 after 3/10/18.
REFUND POLICY: Unfortunately, injuries happen. We will refund 75% of your entry fee through April 6, 2018 (without tee/socks, etc) or 50% of your entry fee through April 13, 2018. No refunds after April 13, 2018.
