Don't miss out on FootZone's first nutrition clinic. Kelly Harrington, MS, RD, LD will discuss the most frequent mistakes people make when struggling with weight or sports performance. Her list of frequent mistakes stems from hours of experience counseling people. One of the aspects will include having participants think about their potential trigger foods and strategies for avoiding theses triggers.

Kelly will also cover protein intake, specifically at breakfast, mid-morning, and lunch and discuss ideas for ways to include protein when you're short on time.

The clinic will also include a hands-on activity looking at food records of two real clients. Kelly will dissect the food records, looking at the goods and bad of them relative to sports performance. Kelly will also have participants make a goal(s) and set strategies for accomplishing their goal(s).
