April 15, 2017 – May 27, 2017
IntroRUN is ideal for those looking to learn the basics of running, start a consistent fitness program, or just train for a 5k with a great group of people. Learn about running form, breathing, warm ups, nutrition, gear, and more in a fun and supportive environment. Runners receive a tech tee, training calendar, individualized attention in a group setting, FootZone fun, and more! This session will prepare you for the Heaven Can Wait 5K in Bend.  All sessions meet Saturday at 8 am. Early bird registration is $55, on or before 3/17/17. After 3/17, registration is $65.

10k training groupSpring 10K Training Group
March 25, 2017 – May 6, 2017

If you’re looking for a way to be fit, able to complete 3 miles, and would like to train for a 10K, this is your group! Join the 10K Training Group that will be preparing for the Smith Rock Road 10K on May 14, 2017. Rory Rowan, who is an experienced coach and all around inspiring runner, will be the Head Coach for this program.

Learn about proper training, injury prevention, nutrition, strength training and more to improve not only your running but also your overall health.

All sessions meet at FootZone on Saturdays at 8:00am unless otherwise notified. Early bird registration is $65 on or before February 24, 2017. After February 24, 2017, registration is $75.

A Walking Group for Cancer Survivors and their Caregivers
June 24 – July 29, 2017.

This class is FREE for cancer survivors and their caregivers.  FootZone and St. Charles invite cancer survivors and their family members to regain their fitness through the gentle exercise of walking. We meet Saturdays at 10:00 am and slowly increase the amount of time we spend walking over 7 weeks, from 20 minutes to a full 5k! With your coach, FootZoner Michelle Poirot, we’ll discuss proper form, stretching, appropriate clothing, and hydration. All paces are welcome and accommodated. Dirty Half Marathon Training Group
April 22 – June 3, 2017

Join a fun training group for the upcoming Dirty Half Marathon on June 11, 2017. If you are able to run 4-6 miles at least 3 times per week and would like to run your first trail half marathon, take part in a consistent fitness program, set a PR, or just want to train with a great group of people, this training group is for you! Early bird registration is $55 on or before 4/07/17. After 4/07, registration is $65.

FootZone has teamed up with Courtney Drewsen at Travel iN Fitness to help you achieve your running goals through this 8-week program. Courtney and a great team of Mentors will be coaching this group. Learn about running form, proper training, injury prevention, nutrition and more in a fun, positive, and supportive environment. All sessions meet at FootZone on Saturdays at 8:00am unless otherwise notified.

Participants receive a tech tee, training plan, individualized attention in a group setting, 10% discount at FootZone while session is active, lots of FootZone fun, and more!
