Take the next step in your running plan and tackle your very first 10K or Half Marathon! 

This session will once again be led by Shay Frazier! Shay is excited to help new and experience runners alike! Shay has been a Personal Fitness Trainer in Bend, OR since 2005. She has a passion for helping people reach their personal potential, as well as their goals. Shay has the unique ability to motivate people; helping them develop a more positive self-image while building their self-esteem. Shay earned her AAA/ISMA fitness accreditation while living in Ft. Collins, CO where she attended Colorado State University.

Through FootZone's training programs, Shay will share their personal joy of running and expertise in proper training to help you achieve your running goals! Learn about running form, proper training, injury prevention, nutrition and more in a fun, positive and supportive environment!
