FootZone Good Form Running Bend Oregon

FootZone is very excited to offer these free running form clinics on a regular basis. Running easier, injury free, and faster is what runners strive for. With a focus on proper mechanics, Good Form Running aims to help runners of all ages and abilities achieve these goals. We’ll go over the 4 points of Good Form Running and do some drills and video to help build awareness. Clinics will last about 90 minutes. Limited to 15 spots, so RSVP is required.

FootZone is also excited to introduce Good Form Running - Level 2. This clinic is for anyone interested in taking Good Form Running a step further. Clinics will focus on video analysis, drills, and muscle recruitment with tips to find your best running form. Led by physical therapist Dave Cieslowski of Focus Physical Therapy. Max 6 people/ $25 per person.
