Mondays at 5:30pm: Move It Monday's! First and third Monday of the month will be a trail run, we will still meet at FootZone and then carpool to the location. Tuesdays at 9:15am: Moms Running Group. All moms welcome with or without strollers. 4.5 mile run (you can run less) at 9-12 minute mile paces. This is a fun and encouraging group for moms of all running levels. Perfect for new runners, moms just getting back to running or experienced runners. Runs occur rain or shine! Tuesdays at 5:30pm: Tuesday Performance Group with Max King. TPG is an interval based workout group that includes and welcomes all ability levels. This is a low key and inclusive group where the focus is getting the most out of your running whether it is more speed, more fitness, or achieving more in less time.
