Foam Roller Clinic
Taught by Ashleigh Mitchell, CPT. Join us to learn basic myofascial release using a foam roller. Foam rollers are great for reducing soreness but they could also be masking more serious muscular imbalances. Take this clinic and learn about discovering the root cause of your pain while reducing your pain. If you’re struggling with a nagging pain, or would like to prevent it, this is for you!
Bring a yoga mat and a foam roller if you have one. Foam rollers are not provided, but are available for purchase at FootZone with a $5 discount for participants. A $5 payment is due at the time of registration to hold your spot. Class size is limited to 15 participants.
