30k run: goes around the lake counter clockwise, 2 mi. pavement, 1 mi. gravel roads including dam. 15.6 mi. single track trails. 3 aid stations. 1,744 ft. elevation gain. 4 hour cutoff. Must be 15 years old for 30k.

5k run: is a loop on bike path and trails in the park. 440 ft. elevation gain. No aid station.
