Discover the runner in you with this informative Learn to Run class for beginning runners and fitness walkers of all ages. Learn how to avoid injury, run correctly, develop a consistent running program, and achieve your goals.

In this supportive, non-competitive environment. You will meet fellow new runners, gain confidence, have fun, and best of all, enjoy running!

Class includes instruction, guidance, camaraderie, online support, running manual, training journal, and a running essentials kit: shoe discount, tech t-shirt, socks and more.

Learn to Run is 8 sessions over 4 weeks and meets bi-weekly on Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm. The cost is $75 or sign-up with a friend for $65 each.

Learn To Run Fall Session:

Fall into good habits and change with the season. This 8 session class is timed so you’ll be prepared for the I Like Pie Run/Walk or Jingle Bells Run. Sign-up for the run with confidence or skip it, there’s no pressure with LTR.
