Weekly Runs
Mondays at 5:30pm: FootZone Women's Running Group. Distances and locations vary. Paces between 7 and 11 minute miles can be accommodated. Email jenny@Footzonebend.com for more info.
Tuesdays at 5:30pm: Performance Group with Max King. Locations will vary. Email Mking@reboundspl.com for more info.
Wednesdays at 12pm: FootZone Noon Run. Order a Taco Stand burrito when you leave and we'll have it when you return.
Wednesdays at 5:30pm: FootZone Learn to Run. Fun, non-intimidating, conversational-paced runs between 2-3 miles. Beginners and all paces are welcome! Meet at the FootZone.
Thursdays at 6pm: Functional Strength Training. These weekly workouts are designed for everyone from runners and cyclists to triathletes. Cost is $5. First Thursday of the month meets at WRP Studio, 2753 NW Lolo Drive. All other Thursdays meet at the FootZone. Call 330.0985 for more info.
Saturdays at 8am: Central Oregon Running Klub Run. Meet by the bathrooms in Drake Park.
Saturdays at 10:30am: Learn to Run group run. A fun, inviting group for all paces. Meet at the FootZone.
