Tuesdays at 5:30pm: Tuesday Performance Group with Max King. TPG is an interval based workout group that includes and welcomes all ability levels. This is a low key and inclusive group where the focus is getting the most out of your running whether it is more speed, more fitness, or achieving more in less time. Wednesdays at 12pm: FootZone Noon Run. Order lunch from a local taco shop when you leave and we’ll have it when you return. Meet at FootZone.
Wednesdays at 5:30pm: FootZone Training Group Alumni Run, while training groups are in session. Fun, unintimidating, conversationally paced runs between 2-3 miles. Beginners and all paces are welcome! Meet at the FootZone.
Wednesdays at 7:15-8:15pm: Functional Strength Class. Join FootZone and Athlete Wise Performance Coaching for a strength class designed by endurance athletes for endurance athletes. Whether you are doing your first 5K, 50K, or triathlon, this class will teach you simple movements that will help you run healthier and faster. If strength training is not part of your current exercise program, come and learn why it should be. Thursdays at 9:30am: Moms Running Group. All moms welcome with or without strollers. 3-4.5 mile run at 8-12 minute mile paces. This is a fun and encouraging group for moms of all running levels. Perfect for new runners, moms just getting back to running, or experienced runners. Runs occur rain or shine, we leave FootZone at 9:30 sharp and will start meeting in front of the store at 9:15am! Thursdays at 5:30 pm: Bend Babes Brew & Running Crew. Women of Bend, if you like to run in the woods & celebrate with post-run beers and food, then join us on Thursdays! Each week we meet at a different trail, decide as a group how far to run (usually 40-50 minutes), and then meet at a brew pub for post-run drinks and dinner!
