Mondays at 5:30pm: Bend Area Running Fraternity.  Join us for a 3.5 mile loop through the Old Mill District and along the Deschutes River! Runs start and end at Atlas Cider Co. Taproom. Enjoy $1 discount after the run courtesy of Atlas Cider! No registration or membership required. Just show up! All paces welcome. Tuesdays at 5:30pm: Tuesday Performance Group with Max King. TPG is an interval based workout group that includes and welcomes all ability levels. This is a low key and inclusive group where the focus is getting the most out of your running whether it is more speed, more fitness, or achieving more in less time. Wednesdays at 12pm: FootZone Noon Run. Order lunch from a local taco shop when you leave and we’ll have it when you return. Meet at FootZone.

Wednesdays at 6:00pm: FootZone Hump Day Run.  Celebrate getting over the mid-week hump with runners of all paces.  During the winter, we’ll typically run 3-5 miles down to the Old Mill and back.  This run is ideal for folks new to town and wanting to meet some runner friends, long time runners keeping the motivation going through the winter, and training groupies wanting company for their Wednesday night workout.  No one will be left behind!  Be ready to run at 6pm from FootZone, and bring a few bucks if you want to get a beer after.  Email nrschoppe@gmail.com for more info.

Wednesdays at 7:15-8:15pm: Functional Strength Class. Join FootZone and Athlete Wise Performance Coaching for a strength class designed by endurance athletes for endurance athletes. Whether you are doing your first 5K, 50K, or triathlon, this class will teach you simple movements that will help you run healthier and faster. If strength training is not part of your current exercise program, come and learn why it should be. All levels and abilities welcome. $5 drop-in at FootZone, email kraig@footzonebend.com for more information.

Thursdays atmoms run 9:30am: Moms Running Group. All moms welcome with or without strollers. 3-4.5 mile run at 8-12 minute mile paces. This is a fun and encouraging group for moms of all running levels. Perfect for new runners, moms just getting back to running, or experienced runners. Runs occur rain or shine, we leave FootZone at 9:30 sharp and will start meeting in front of the store at 9:15am! Email lisa.nasr@me.com for more information. Thursdays at 5:30 pm: Bend Babes Brew & Running Crew. Women of Bend, if you like to run in the woods & celebrate with post-run beers and food, then join us on Thursdays! Each week we meet at a different trail, decide as a group how far to run (usually 40-50 minutes), and then meet at a brew pub for post-run drinks and dinner! All paces welcome– you will not be running alone, no matter what pace! Sundays at 8am: Plant-Powered Runners. We are a social, veg-friendly running club that meets every Sunday to run and hang out after with vegan snacks. We offer routes to accommodate shorter and longer distances, and all paces are welcome. Runs start at parks, trails, veg-friendly restaurants, and homes of runners in the group.
