FootZone’s Tuesday Performance Group (TPG) with Max King. TPG is an interval based workout group that is low key and includes/welcomes all ability levels. The focus is getting the most out of your running whether it is more speed, more fitness, or achieving more in less time. Cascade Lakes Brewery (Bend) Pub Run. Join the Cascade Lakes Team every Wednesday for a 3-5 mile loop run, starting and ending at the Cascade Lakes Brewpub in Bend! Each participant will receive half off pints to enjoy after the run. This applies to CLBC cider and N/A beverages as well.

Central Oregon Running Klub (CORK). CORK is a community-centric running group that welcomes runners of all paces and loves having fun hosting themed runs throughout year. Central Oregon Running Klub (CORK). Join CORK for a Saturday long run at 9 AM at Thump Coffee (549 NW York Dr #200). Feel free to run/walk whatever “long” means to you. Some runners/walkers will be aiming for 5-10 miles but feel free to adjust as needed. Meet at the end for coffee and camaraderie. Sisters- Various Times/Locations
Sisters Country Running Club. SCRC an all inclusive running group for those who want join others on the road or trails, in and around Sisters, OR. Free and open to all levels and abilities. The CORK Mom Squad. Come connect with other moms (expecting moms, new moms, or experienced moms!) to share a run and advice or information about running while pregnant or with a family. Runners and walkers of all levels are welcome!!
The runs will start and finish at LOGE (19221 SW Century Dr). There are dirt trails and paved stroller-friendly options. Meet back at the LOGE by 9:50am for coffee and chatting!
